How It Works
Getting started is easy. Here's how our coaching process works — step by step:
Step 1:
Book a Free Consultation
We begin with a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation via Zoom. This session gives us the opportunity to understand your professional goals and English needs in detail. We’ll talk about your current role, how you use English at work, the challenges you're facing (such as emails, presentations, meetings, or interviews), and what outcomes you're hoping to achieve. We also discuss how much time you can realistically dedicate to coaching and what format would work best for your schedule. During the consultation, we may do a short needs analysis or level check to better understand your strengths and where improvement is needed. This is a relaxed and friendly conversation, not a test — and there’s no pressure to sign up. The aim is simply to identify the best way we can support your development and help you feel confident using English professionally.
Step 2:
We Create a Personalized Coaching Plan
After the consultation, we send you a personalised coaching plan by email. This is usually delivered within one to two business days and is tailored to your professional goals, English level, and availability. The plan may focus on areas such as business communication, industry-specific vocabulary, professional writing, client presentations, interview preparation, or improving fluency in meetings. It also includes a proposed schedule based on your availability and requirements. The coaching plan is completely flexible — if your schedule changes or priorities shift, we can adjust the plan accordingly. Once you receive the plan, you can reply to confirm your first session, request changes, or ask questions. We’ll make sure the plan feels realistic, structured, and fully aligned with the outcomes you want to achieve.
Step 3:
Start Your Coaching Sessions
When you’re ready to begin, you confirm your preferred session(s) by replying to the plan email. We’ll then issue an invoice based on the number of sessions you wish to book. You only pay for the sessions you confirm — there are no sign-up fees, no material charges, and no subscription costs. Invoices are sent securely by email and can be paid by bank transfer. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed, and you’ll receive a calendar invite with your Zoom link. If needed, we’ll also send preparation materials in advance of your first session. Coaching is delivered one-to-one via Zoom and is completely tailored to your real-life business needs. Whether you’re preparing for an important meeting, improving your written communication, or developing fluency for daily conversations, each session is practical, targeted, and supportive. We’ll work at a pace that suits you — whether that’s weekly, bi-weekly, or a more flexible approach.
Step 4:
Progress Tracking
After each session, you’ll receive clear and constructive feedback from your coach. This includes a summary of what went well, key areas to improve, and suggested next steps. Depending on the session, a digital transcript or video recording of the session can be provided upon request. You’ll also have full access to our exclusive Advance Resources, these include vocabulary guides, listening tools, grammar practice, business writing templates, and more. To help reinforce your progress between sessions, your coach may recommend short practical tasks such as preparing a mini-presentation, writing a sample business email, or recording yourself speaking. As your needs evolve — for example, moving from interview training to presentation delivery or from writing support to leadership communication — your coaching plan can be updated to reflect those changes. The service is designed to be flexible and responsive, allowing you to continue or adjust your sessions based on your work schedule and goals.
