AEC provides tailored English coaching for academic, personal, and business.

This includes one-to-one sessions, workshops, and team-based coaching.

All services are customized to suit individual goals, schedules, and ability levels.

Booking Process

Clients book an initial consultation through our website.

After the consultation, we provide a coaching plan and invoice.

Coaching begins after payment is received and confirmed.

Payment & Fees

  • You only pay for sessions you confirm in writing.

  • Payment is made via invoice (bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed method).

  • Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees or taxes.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

No Guarantee of Results

While we provide expert guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as TOEIC/IELTS scores, university acceptance, or job offers.

Service Modifications

AEC reserves the right to update, reschedule, or cancel services as needed.

In such cases, you will be offered an alternative or appropriate refund.

Client Conduct

Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.

AEC reserves the right to end coaching services without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Use of Materials

All lesson and or Coaching content, tools, videos, and written materials are the intellectual property of AEC.

They may not be copied, shared, or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes will be handled in the Tokyo District Court.

Cancellation Policy

1-on-1 Coaching 

- Academic & Personal English Coaching And Professional Business English Coaching

  • Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Workshops / Group Events

- Group English Creative Workshops

  • Cancel or reschedule with 72 hours' notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours may result in partial charges depending on preparation and materials.

​

Business / Team Coaching

- English Coaching for Teams & Businesses / Companies

  • Terms are set out in each proposal or contract.

  • Rescheduling requires mutual agreement and sufficient notice.
